Nisswa library thanks those who helped with summer program

Email

The Nisswa Community Children’s Library would like to thank everyone who helped make our 2013 Summer Reading Program “Dig Into Reading” a huge success once again.

Ninety-two children were enrolled in our program, actively reading all summer long. They were rewarded with weekly prizes and a free paperback book.

A special thank you goes out to those who provided our weekly Wednesday morning programming, Rafferty’s Pizza for providing pizza for our Reading Celebration and, of course, our sponsors who made this free reading program possible.

We thank you for seeing the value of literacy in young children. It truly does make a difference for not only their future, but our own!

Janet Haeg,

NCCL Summer Reading Program Coordinator
