Photo editing class begins Oct. 22

Learn how to use Picasa, a free and easy-to-use photo software from Google that helps you move photos from camera to PC, plus organize, edit, display and share your photos.

Instructor Al Collins will hold this class from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 22, 29 and Nov. 5, in the Pequot Lakes High School Computer Lab.

Learn how to download the software and use several photo editing functions such as color enhancement, red-eye reduction and cropping. Learn to create slide shows and movies, plus prepare images for external use, such as emailing or printing.

Bring your digital camera with pictures, and the cable that connects camera-to-PC.

Class fee is $30. A minimum of five registered students is needed to hold class.
