Backus Lions scholarship winners


Greg LeMair of the Backus Lions Club presented four $500 scholarships to four Pine River-Backus High School graduates: Kelsey Schwartz, Kristle Peltier, Codi Bumgarner and Tyler Burgoyne. Kelsey is planning on attending Bemidji State University to study finance. Kristle plans on attending Alexandria Tech for Law Enforcement. Codi is going to Central Lakes College for her LPN. Tyler will attend Wadena Tech for training in HVAC.
