Black Bear 4-Hers learn about healthy snacks

Healthy Summer Snacks was the program topic for the May meeting of the Black Bear 4-H Club.

Mike Manders, Grand View Lodge executive chef, arranged for club members enrolled in the Food and Nutrition project to work with him in Grand View’s kitchen to prepare snacks to serve at the meeting.

I've worked at the Brainerd Dispatch with various duties since Dec. 7, 1983. Starting off as an Ad Designer and currently Director of Audience Development. The Dispatch has been an interesting and challenging place to work. I'm fortunate to have made many friends, both co-workers and customers.
