Palmer receives Minnesota Power Foundation Community Involvement Scholarship

The Minnesota Power Foundation announces Abigail Palmer, a senior at Pequot Lakes High School, is one of 20 area high school seniors to receive a 2013 Community Involvement Scholarship for $2,500.

In partnership with the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation, scholarships are awarded to students who live in the Minnesota Power electric service area, have maintained good academic records and have been actively involved in volunteer projects in their communities.

The Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation is administering this program on behalf of the Minnesota Power Foundation.

Minnesota Power began this scholarship program in 1998.
