Storyteller to talk about Hollywood secrets Feb. 6
Storyteller and historian Alan Bohme will talk about the secrets of Hollywood from the 1920s-1950s, including the love affairs, illegitimate children, untimely deaths and secret indiscretions of the Hollywood scene, in a class from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, at Pequot Lakes High School.
Stars who will be discussed include Tallulah Bankhead, Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, Lionel Atwill, Thelma Todd, Jean Harlow, Cary Grant and more.
There will be photos of the stars, and a handout to go along with the class. Bring a pen to take notes.
Note: Some materials discussed in this class may be considered PG13 in nature; this class is suited for mature audiences (anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
Class fee is $5. Pre-registration is requested. The instructor needs five registered to hold the class.
