Longville Airport seeks information for master plan

Longville Airport seeks feedback

An Airport Master Plan is being developed for the Longville Municipal Airport, and SEH Inc., the engineering firm in charge, is seeking input from all interested parties.

Anyone who may benefit, either directly or indirectly, from the Longville airport is encouraged to complete an online survey. One survey, written for individuals, pilots or organizations, is available at http://bit.ly/LongvillePilot.

A second survey, designed for business owners or representatives, is available at http://bit.ly/LongvilleBusiness.

The Longville airport has the longest runways in a 45-mile radius and is recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration as an important aviation hub. Your input will help determine future airport needs and requirements as the master plan is developed.

For more information, contact Steve Shallbetter, chairman of the Longville Airport Advisory Board, at 218-821-0779 or SteveShallbetter@MSN.com.

I've worked at the Brainerd Dispatch with various duties since Dec. 7, 1983. Starting off as an Ad Designer and currently Director of Audience Development. The Dispatch has been an interesting and challenging place to work. I'm fortunate to have made many friends, both co-workers and customers.
