PR Good Samaritan Society celebrates Founder's Day
Pine River Good Samaritan Society celebrated Founder’s Day on Sunday, Sept. 29, celebrating the Rev. August Hoeger’s vision “In Christ’s Love, Everyone Is Someone” when he began the first Good Samaritan Society in 1921.
The Good Samaritan Society has a committed group of pastors and lay leaders that rotate to provide a Sunday service at 4 p.m., a 10 a.m. service the third Thursday of the month and a weekly 10 a.m. Friday Mass.
