Crow Wing County launches new online application system

Applying for a job at Crow Wing County just got easier. With the launch of NEOGOV, the county has a system that joins state and local agencies across the country in accepting employment applications online.

The NEOGOV system will have a direct positive impact on every person who applies for a job at Crow Wing County.

Because of the NEOGOV secure server, applicant information can be saved at any point and retrieved later, right where the user left off in the process. Another benefit of NEOGOV is that applicants only need to create their profile once and they will be able to use it to apply for jobs with the county and with more than 800 other public sector and education organizations nationwide that subscribe to the NEOGOV network.

Service improvements include online access to job descriptions, pay ranges and benefit plans for all county jobs, a helpful resource for those considering employment with Crow Wing County.

Additionally, applicants can register to receive automatic email notifications when the county is accepting applications for jobs of interest. For convenience, the NEOGOV system can be accessed from any computer with Internet access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through

In addition to improving the customer experience, NEOGOV creates a more efficient internal process as hiring managers will benefit from an automated paperless system. The NEOGOV system allows hiring managers to efficiently assess applicant qualifications and access candidate materials electronically. With NEOGOV, administrative work and technical maintenance costs are reduced as this workload is handled by NEOGOV technology.
