Serving It Safe Review course offered in Brainerd
A Serving It Safe Review course will be offered from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, in the Business & Industry Center at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. Use Entrance No. 6.
This course will meet the requirements for four hours of continuing education for certified food managers. It will address food sanitation and safety, emerging trends in food preparation and handling sanitation and prevention of food-borne illness.
