Star Tribune names CRMC a Top Workplace for the second year in a row
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) has been named a Top Workplace based on an employee-based survey project from the Star Tribune for the second year in a row. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on national standards of employee opinions about company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The analysis included responses from over 64,300 employees of Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
CRMC employs more than 900 physicians, nurses, health care professionals and support staff. “We are tremendously pleased to receive this honor for the second year in a row and are humbled by the feedback we received from our staff,” said John Solheim, CEO of CRMC. “CRMC is an outstanding place and it is all because of the people who come here every day to care for our patients with the most dedicated, compassionate level of care.”Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 1,900 companies were invited to participate.
