Snap Fitness to offer TRX suspension training classes

Snap Fitness in Pequot Lakes will offer TRX suspension training classes starting April 1.

Class instructors will be Kristen Gangl, certified personal trainer, and Amanda Lobdell, licensed physical therapist assistant.

TRX training was born of necessity in the Navy SEALs. TRX founder and inventor Randy Hetrick spent 14 years serving as a Navy SEAL commando. His operational career culminated as a squadron commander of the SEAL’s elite special missions unit where circumstances inspired him to experiment with what would become TRX.

TRX suspension training will give participants a complete workout in about 30 minutes. Participants will build endurance, strength and flexibility all at the same time.

TRX is unique by using body weight on suspension straps, allowing participants to engage several areas of the body with each exercise. This class will challenge participants’ entire body and improve fitness levels.

Class space is limited. Reserve a spot at Snap Fitness at 218-568-5999.
