Crow Wing Power joins other cooperatives around the nation to offer high school juniors a trip to the nation’s capitol in Washington, D.C. Students in Morrison, Crow Wing and Cass counties entered the contest by writing a short essay about a new energy technology idea or a futuristic energy thought.
