On April 5-6, the Brainerd Area Civic Center and Gold Medal Arena will be transformed into an open-air market where the public can stroll among sponsor booths, learn more about the products and services of local businesses, experience live demonstrations and more.

Essentia Health is the premier sponsor of the 2013 Brainerd Lakes Marketplace, but numerous other sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Area businesses are encouraged to reserve a booth to sell products or showcase services to potential consumers. Booth spaces start at $375, with limited tabletop product information spaces starting at $225.

Sponsorship packages include a draped 10- by 8-foot booth, wireless Internet access and electricity. Partners are promoted on BrainerdLakesMarketplace.com and, depending upon participation level, also included in promotional advertising about the event.

Space is limited to 150 businesses, and participating businesses must be a Brainerd Lakes Chamber member. The early-bird deadline for discounted booth space is Feb. 15.

More information about booth spaces and contracts are available at BrainerdLakesMarketplace.com or contact Kathy Moore at 218-822-7119 or blm@explorebrainerdlakes.com.

This year’s Brainerd Lakes Marketplace will again feature special senior events on Friday, a Party in the Park on Friday night and Day of the Young Child activities on Saturday. This major community event is expected to draw more than 5,000 attendees.
