Breezy Point Area Women's Club to learn about black bears

Nancy and Glenn Krause are a retired couple who have been studying, collaring, tracking and watching the habits of Minnesota’s black bears for 15 years.

At 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Billy’s at Breezy Point, the Krauses will give a presentation about their research, which also involves trusting relationships between themselves, six bears and their cubs, to the Breezy Point Area Women’s Club.

A sandwich and soup buffet lunch will be served for $10 (includes tax and tip). There’s room for a limited number of guests.

To attend this program, call 218-765-3589 or 218-562-4113 no later than 7 p.m. Saturday, May 3.
