ACCIDENT: Report on March 28 at 10:45 a.m. of a property damage accident on County Road 19 and Mission Cutoff in Merrifield.

THEFT: Report on March 25 at 7:23 p.m. of a theft on County Road 3 in Merrifield.

Report on March 31 at 12:50 p.m. of a theft on Garden View Road in Nisswa. Subject reported unauthorized use of a debit card.

BURGLARY: Report on March 25 at 7:20 a.m. of a burglary on Echo Lane and County Road 3 in Merrifield.

Cass County sheriff

ARRESTS: Report on March 22 at 9:47 p.m. of a traffic arrest in Lake Shore. Driver arrested for DWI and for an outstanding warrant.

Report on March 24 at 6:18 p.m. of a traffic arrest in Pine River. Driver cited for driving after cancellation and being inimical to public safety.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Report on March 24 at 11:06 a.m. of an attempted burglary on Grover Avenue East in Backus.

THEFT: Report on March 27 at 6:54 a.m. of a theft on 44th Street Southwest in Pine River.

Report on March 28 at 1:55 p.m. of a theft of a motor vehicle on 32nd Street Southwest and 48th Avenue Southwest in Pine River. The vehicle was towed. The owner reported it stolen, while the tow company says it was repossessing the vehicle.

Pequot Lakes police

ACCIDENT: Report on March 25 at 12:59 p.m. of a property damage accident on County Road 112 and Akerson Road.

Report on March 27 at 9:11 a.m. of a property damage accident on State Highway 371 near Iven’s on the Bay.

PROPERTY RECOVERED: Report on March 30 at 9:25 a.m. of a stolen gun recovered in Williston, N.D. The gun was stolen along with one other from the back of a pickup truck on Pequot Boulevard on Sept. 17.

THEFT: Report on March 28 at 10:11 a.m. of a theft at Pequot Lakes High School. A car key was stolen off of a key ring in a student locker sometime between 9 a.m. and noon March 27 while the student was at practice.

Pine River police

ARREST: Report on March 28 of an arrest for an order of protection violation.
