Breezy Point police

ACCIDENTS: Report on March 21 at 9:16 a.m. of a property damage accident on County Road 11 and North Spruce Drive. Damage to a “No Passing Zone” sign was reported.

Report on March 21 at 7:56 a.m. of a property damage accident on County Road 4 and County Road 11.

ARRESTS: Report on March 19 at 7:27 p.m. of a Crow Wing County warrant arrest on Hunters Lane.

Report on March 22 at 10:33 p.m. of a traffic arrest on Sunset Valley Road and Upper Cullen Road. The driver failed to stop and was then arrested for possessing marijuana and prescription medication. The passenger was cited for underage consumption.

Crow Wing County sheriff

ARRESTS: Report on March 17 at 8:21 p.m. of a warrant arrest on North Horseshoe Lake Road in Merrifield. The warrant was for a felony fifth-degree drugs charge.

Report on March 19 at 7:25 p.m. of a warrant arrest on Hunters Lane in Pequot Lakes. The warrant was for a dishonored check.

Report on March 23 at 6:26 p.m. of a warrant arrest on Silver Peak Road in Crosslake. The warrant was for a probation violation on a burglary charge.

THEFT: Report on March 17 at 10:29 a.m. of a theft on Garden View Road in Nisswa.

Cass County sheriff

ARREST: Report on March 21 at 7:59 p.m. of a traffic arrest in Pine River. Subject arrested for DWI.

THEFTS: Report on March 17 at 9:05 a.m. of a theft in Pine River. Business believes employee is stealing from them. The case is still under investigation.

Report on March 17 at 1:32 p.m. of a burglary on 32nd Avenue Southwest and Fourth Street West in Backus. Two 30-pound propane tanks reported stolen.

DEATH: Report on March 19 at 10:44 a.m. of a death on Lost Lake Road in Nisswa. Cause of death identified as natural causes.

DRUGS: Report on March 16 at 12:02 a.m. of a citation for drug paraphernalia in Lake Shore.

Nisswa police

ACCIDENTS: Report on March 17 at 11:30 a.m. of a property damage accident involving two vehicles in front of the post office on Main Street.

Report on March 24 at 2:59 p.m. of a property damage accident involving two vehicles, one a school bus, behind Nisswa Elementary School. The school bus reportedly sideswiped the other vehicle. No children were on board.

ARREST: Report on March 23 at 8:03 p.m. of a traffic arrest on State Highway 371 and Nisswa Avenue. The vehicle was stopped for expired registration and the driver was then arrested for DWI and no insurance.

Pequot Lakes police

ACCIDENT: Report on March 21 at 9:39 p.m. of a property damage accident on County Road 16 and Juniper Drive in Jenkins. A squad car was reversing from a residence driveway and struck a tree.

THEFT: Report on March 19 at 7:27 p.m. of a theft on Pequot Boulevard. Approximately half of a tank of gas was siphoned from a vehicle in a driveway. The report noted similar complaints in the area.

Report on March 21 at 7:31 p.m. of a theft at Pequot Lakes High School. Three iPhones and $60 cash were reported missing.

DRUGS: Report on March 17 at 6:30 p.m. of a welfare check on County Road 11 and State Highway 371. The welfare check led to citation for drug possession.

Pine River police

ARREST: Report on March 23 around 3:00 a.m. of a traffic arrest near the Holiday Stationstore. Driver arrested for DWI.
