Artists, crafters, vendors sought for Cabin Fever Day in Pequot Lakes
Artists, crafters and vendors are invited to be part of the second annual Cabin Fever Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Trailside Center next to Pequot Lakes Baptist Church, 30028 County Road 112, Pequot Lakes.
Breakout rooms are available for those who want to offer a demonstration or short workshop on their art or activity. Individual artists, businesses, service and community groups are welcome to participate.
Plans include an art and craft show, vendor business fair, activities and demonstrations, silent auction, book sale, tack sale and entertainment.
To donate items for the silent auction, including arts/crafts, new or used horse or pony tack and equipment, family oriented or children’s hardback or paperback books, or other items, contact the event coordinator for pickup or bring the day of the event from 8-9:30 a.m.

The event is being co-sponsored as a community fun day by Sibley Equine Conservancy and the Personal Ponies Organization of Minnesota.
The Sibley Equine Conservancy is a local grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated to conservation, creation and sustainability of healthy, active lifestyles with an equine perspective through experiential learning, land management and education.
The Personal Ponies Organization is dedicated to “bring magic to children” through companionship and relationship with UK Shetland Ponies, including the Pony Literacy programs and pony partnerships.
