Crow Wing County Sheriff

FIRE: Report on Dec. 23 of a fire at Nelson Road and Buschmann Road in Pequot Lakes.

BURGLARY: Report on Dec. 28 of a residential burglary on the 8400 block of Teal Lane in Nisswa.

ACCIDENTS: Reports of at least five vehicles in the ditch between Dec. 23 and Dec. 29.

911 HANGUP: Report on Dec. 28 of a 911 hangup call from the 10000 block of Bass Trail in Pequot Lakes. Breezy Point and Crosslake police also responded to the call. Two people, ages 60 and 61, were lost out on the ice and struggling to get back to their house. Officers assisted them back to their house. The female was transported to the hospital for exposure and possible frostbite.

Lake Shore Police Department

CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT: Report on Dec. 27 that a construction worker had fallen from 15 feet of scaffolding. A 30-year-old Brainerd man was transported by North Air Care to St. Cloud Hospital. His condition was unknown.
