CSAH 36 reconstruction public open house set Dec. 17
An informational open house will be held from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, at Crosslake City Hall regarding the Crow Wing County Highway Department’s plans to reconstruct the existing County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 36 from CSAH 37 to County Road 114 in the summer of 2015
This open house will inform the public of the alternative selected and associated impacts. This open house also gives the opportunity to comment on the project. There will also be an opportunity to answer any questions.
The proposed project is located within the city of Crosslake and Fairfield Township. The total length of the project corridor is approximately 4.7 miles.
Construction of the road will involve grading, horizontal alignment corrections, vertical profile corrections, bituminous paving, drainage improvements, storm water storage ponds and expansion of the existing right-of-way.
A project website has been set up at http://www.crowwing.us/index.aspx?nid=150 to review the documents presented to date. Information for the second open house will be posted by Dec. 16. Anyone with comments, questions or concerns who is unable to attend the open house may contact Luke Wehseler at 218-824-1110, firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Crow Wing County website.
