BURGLARY: Report Oct. 7 of a burglary on the 10000 block of Blue Lane East in Emily.
ROAD HAZARD: Report Oct. 7 of two horses in the road at County Road 1 and Arrowhead Drive in Pine River.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Report Oct. 13 that someone struck a car and fled the scene on East Cullen Road in Nisswa.
Emily Police Department
RECOVERED PROPERTY: A 33-year-old man was arrested for receiving stolen property and a felon in possession of a gun when a stolen vehicle was located and recovered as well as an ATV, electronics, welder and log splitter on Mill Road West in Emily on Oct. 7.
A stolen trailer was recovered Oct. 8 on trails north and west of Evergreen Drive in Emily. It was returned to the owner.
BURGLARY: A burglary was reported Oct. 7 in Emily.
THEFT: Gas cans were reported stolen Oct. 2 from Highway 6 in Emily.
TRAFFIC ARREST: At 3 p.m. Sept. 30, a Lake Shore officer responded to a driving complaint on County Road 78 that resulted in the arrest of a 56-year-old Nisswa man for DWI. His blood alcohol concentration was more than three times the legal limit.
BURGLARY: On Oct. 4, a Lake Shore officer responded to an attempted burglary at a residence on Agate Lake Road. The door was kicked but no items were reported missing.
DOMESTIC: A man was arrested for domestic assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct Oct. 8 after a domestic was reported on Lindbergh Avenue in Pine River. The case is under investigation.
THEFT: Theft of a trailer was reported Oct. 11 from a location on Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes.
A 9 mm handgun and camera were reported stolen Oct.11 from North Heath Street in Pequot Lakes.
BURGLARY: The Breezy Point Rec Center was entered and approximately $380 was taken. The incident was reported Oct. 14 and believed to have occurred between 3 p.m. Oct. 11 and late morning Oct. 13.
Report Oct. 8 that a pole shed was broken into and scrap metal along with an outboard motor were stolen from Wallins South Shore Drive in Nisswa. Crow Wing Recycling was notified.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: A woman reported her tires were slashed sometime after bar close Oct. 7 on Airport Road in Breezy Point.
