Crow Wing County’s September most wanted listed

The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Department has listed its top 10 most wanted people for the month of September. Anyone who has any information on the whereabouts of the individuals listed is asked to contact the sheriff’s department at 218-829-4749. As of Sept. 4 there were around 1,000 active warrants in the county.

Crow Wing County’s top 10 most wanted are:

• James Earl Beckenbach, 52, wanted for probation violation on a third-degree drugs charge. His warrant was issued Aug. 2.

• Justin Jeffrey Holland, 20, wanted for possession of fifth-degree drugs. His warrant was issued Aug. 29.

• Lemuel Graham Rosier, 37, wanted for probation violation on a racketeering charge and probation violation on a forged check charge. Both warrants were issued Aug. 29.

• Celeste Lynn Nelson, Aug. 30, wanted for probation violation on a fourth-degree drugs charge. Her warrant was issued Aug.28.

• Timothy Sloan Vanhamm, 33, wanted for probation violation on a controlled substance charge. His warrant was issued Aug. 28.

• Carl Andrew Raba, 43, wanted for probation violation on a charge of receiving stolen property. Raba is also wanted for probation violation on a fifth-degree drugs charge. His warrants were issued Aug. 13.

• Katherine Kay Yanez, 28, wanted for failure to appear in court on a fifth-degree drugs charge. Her warrant was issued Aug. 28.

• Kevin Jeffery Stiller Jr., 24, wanted on two warrants for probation violation on a drugs charge. His warrant was issued Aug. 19.

• Bradley Eugene Huesman Jr., 22, wanted for failure to appear in court for a third-degree burglary charge. His warrant was issued Aug. 23.

• Randy Lee Hanks Jr., 25, wanted for probation violation on a burglary charge. His warrant was issued Aug. 23.
