Tappe, Miller crowned homecoming royalty

Email

Pequot Lakes High School seniors Tyler Tappe and Kayla Miller were crowned homecoming king and queen Monday, Sept. 23, at the first homecoming coronation to be held in the high school’s new gym.

Coronation was held in the afternoon during school hours, instead of the traditional nighttime event, because of evening events already scheduled Monday night (volleyball and powderbuff games) and to allow for more students to attend coronation.
