Sheriff’s Department

BURGLARIES: Report on Sept. 15 of a burglary on Bucktail Lane in Merrifield. Reporting party stated that a male and female came into her home.

Report of a burglary Sept. 17 on Half Moon Drive in Merrifield. Two firearms were reported stolen.

Report of a residential burglary Sept. 20 on Blue Lane East, Emily.

THEFTS: Report of a car theft Sept. 16 from County Road 127 in Nisswa.

Report on Sept. 20 and 21 of theft of items from a travel trailer from South Lake Lawrence Road Northeast, Emily.

ACCIDENT: Two-vehicle crash reported Sept. 19 at County Road 3 and County Road 4 in Merrifield.

Cass County

Sheriff’s Department

THEFTS: Report Sept. 18 of $300 of property stolen out of a tent while camping in Pillsbury Forest in Sylvan Township, south of Gull Lake.

Report Sept. 18 of a construction trailer stolen from a job site in Woodrow Township, east of Hackensack. Report states that the trailer was located a short distance from the job site, but all tools in the trailer were missing.

Nisswa Police

Department

ACCIDENTS: Report of a hit and run Sept. 22 on City Hall Street near the intersection with Church Street. The vehicle sustained moderate damage. No suspect information was available.

A two-car accident with injuries was reported Sept. 21 at the intersection of Highway 371 and Nisswa Avenue.

A two-car minor accident was reported Sept. 16 on Highway 371. The suspect said he was southbound on Highway 371 when his leg went out and foot slipped off the brake pedal and onto the gas. The suspect’s driving status was revoked.

Breezy Point Police Department

ARREST: On Sept. 22 the department made a DWI arrest near County Road 3 and Pelican Lane.
