Crow Wing County Reports Enhanced Online Application Services
Crow Wing County residents can now apply for a chemical dependency assessment and other services through the Crow Wing County website, according to Gwen Anderson, Health and Social Services Division Manager.
By visiting www.crowwing.us and clicking on the eServices tab, visitors can click “Online Forms” and find an array of county application forms including an application for children’s mental health services and a form to report child maltreatment. Residents may also submit questions regarding adult services.
Once submitted the resident will be contacted by a County worker generally within a couple of days to follow up and to let them know what the next steps in the process are.
“This provides a convenient alternative for residents to access services,” Anderson said. “It is efficient and customer friendly.”
Anderson states that other application forms will be added to the site in the future. “We will continue to expand online services for the convenience of the public and because they are cost-effective,” Anderson said.
Crow Wing County’s Department of Community Services administers more than seventy federal and state benefit and assistance services and programs totaling more than $116 million dollars annually.
