Burglary at Pelican Square

The Breezy Point Police Department reports that on Sunday night, May 26, at least two people forced entry in Pelican Square convenience store, where they used tools to open safes, taking an undisclosed amount of money.

Officers investigating the incident have collected surveillance video and physical evidence, including DNA swabs for analysis, the department reported.

The department is asking anyone who noticed any suspicious people or vehicles in the are to contact the department at 218-562-4488.

A reward is being offered for information regarding the burglary through Crime Stoppers. Information can also be reported by calling Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477, at http://www.crimestoppersmn.org/ or by text message by sending “tip674” plus the message to CRIMES (274637). Tips can remain anonymous.
