Fifty Lakes receives 32 applicants for maintenance position
Draft meeting minutes from the Fifty Lakes City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 9, show that council members received 32 applicants for the vacant city maintenance position.
They planned to review those applications, minutes show, on Tuesday, April 16, during a special meeting.
The council also discussed other personnel issues April 9, including the cost of living adjustment (COLA) the city had budgeted for employees but was not given out since a 2010 wage freeze.
