Backus woman arrested for sale of Methamphetamine
Alberta Jacklyn Sides, 45, rural Backus, was charged in Cass County District Court with felony fourth-degree drug sale for allegendly selling methamphetamines to an undercover officer.
According to the criminal complaint, Sides sold an undercover Cass County deputy $100 worth of methamphetamine on or around March 15 and she was arrested March 27.
She appeared in court March 28 and, according to Cass County Attorney Chris Strandlie, bail was set at $10,000 without conditions and $5,000 with conditions.
Sides’ next court appearance is scheduled at 1 p.m. April 15.
