Gull Lake Frozen Fore is Feb. 22-24

The eighth annual Gull Lake Frozen Fore will run Friday-Sunday, Feb. 22-24, at Hole in the Day Bay on Gull Lake and other establishments around Gull Lake.

Following is the line-up of events.

Friday, Feb. 22

5 p.m.: Frozen Flop registration.

5:30 p.m.: Frozen Flop begins.

7 p.m.: Party ’Round the World. Tent party with live music featuring Mother’s Hotdish, food and fun at Hole in the Day Bay. The $10 cover charge for the tent party is included with Frozen Fore entry.

Saturday, Feb. 23

9 a.m. to noon: Pancake Breakfast. Donate to Kids Against Hunger to eat.

9 a.m.-6 p.m.: Golf Around the World Event begins. Nine-hole golf event at these locations: Cowboy’s, Cragun’s, Ernie’s, Grand View Lodge, Jake’s, Hole in the Day Bay, and Zorbaz on Gull with food, beverages, games and prize at each location. Visit one or all holes and get a score at each location. Prize level increases with number of holes completed. Free shuttle buses, or drive or sled to each location around Gull Lake.

Digital Scavenger Hunt: Take photos and upload to the Frozen Fore Facebook page. A slideshow will follow at noon Sunday.

Noon: Four-on-four Pond Hockey Tournament. Register at www.gulllakefrozenfore.com.

7 p.m.: Party ‘Round the World. Tent party with live DJ music, food and fun at Hole in the Day Bay. The $10 cover charge is included with Frozen Fore entry.

Sunday, Feb. 24

10:30 a.m.: Four-on-four Pond Hockey Tourney finals.

11 a.m.: Gull Lake Frozen Fore Food Fest with food venders under the tent at Hole in the Day Bay. Cover included in Frozen Fore entry, otherwise for $10 adults and $5 for children under 16 at the door. Cast your vote for your favorite flavors.

Noon: Digital Scavenger Hunt Photo Show.

1 p.m.: Prizes awarded at Hole in the Day Bay.
