Litzau to move to rural Pine River

Robert Arthur Litzau, 70, a Level 3 predatory offender, is scheduled to be released from custody Monday, Feb. 4, and plans to move to a residence on 24th Avenue Southwest in rural Pine River, said Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch.

A community notification meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, in the Pine River-Backus Media Center. Law enforcement personnel and Department of Corrections staff will attend the meeting to discuss Litzau's status and answer questions.
