Certified food manager training set at CLC

A Certified Food Manager course will be held Feb. 19, 21 and 26 in the Business and Industry Center at Central Lakes College, Brainerd.

Certification is required in most Minnesota food establishments.

The class will meet from 5-9 p.m. with instructor Colette Pohlkamp.

The course fee is $170.

Payment is required at the time of registration. Registration deadline is Feb. 12.
