Nisswa man killed in two-vehicle crash

A 23-year-old Nisswa man was killed in a two-vehicle crash reported at 11:08 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 77 about three-fourths of a mile west of Highway 371 in Nisswa, reported the Nisswa Police Department.

The man was identified as Anthony Jay White, who was found deceased at the scene.

The other vehicle was driven by Kaitlyn Bach, 20, Jenkins. She was injured and airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital where she was in fair condition Monday, Dec. 31.

Bach’s passenger, Emily Raaen, 20, Jordan, also was injured and was taken to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd by North Ambulance. She was treated and released.

It was reported that White was traveling west on CSAH 77, when he lost control of the vehicle and traveled into the other lane and collided head-on with the vehicle driven by Bach.
