Food Allergy Survival Skills class set in Pequot

Kay Paulus from Lakes Area Food Allergy Support will present a Food Allergy Survival Skills class from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Pequot Lakes High School.

Do you suffer from food allergies or know someone who does? If so, you’ve already learned that they affect nearly every aspect of a person’s life. From label reading, kitchen safety and cooking with ingredient substitutions, to dining out, family/social events, child care, school and travel, avoiding allergens can feel overwhelming.

Learn the skills needed to survive and thrive despite dietary restrictions.
