Baked Cauliflower with Balsamic Vinegar & Parmesan Cheese
4 cups cauliflower florets, cut into 1-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
