Baked Cauliflower with Balsamic Vinegar & Parmesan Cheese

4 cups cauliflower florets, cut into 1-inch thick slices

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine the marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Place the cauliflower in the bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Gently mix the cauliflower and spices until the cauliflower is evenly coated. Spread on a large cookie sheet.

Roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower begins to soften.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle the balsamic vinegar, then the Parmesan cheese, over the cauliflower. Turn lightly to make sure the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
