Ham & Cheese Deviled Eggs

12 hard-boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

1 tablespoon honey mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped ham

4 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Green onions (chopped for garnish, if desired)

Halve the eggs lengthwise. Spoon yolks into a bowl. Place egg whites in a large Tupperware container or on a large platter.

Mash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise, honey mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in ham and cheese. Start with 1/4 cup ham and add more if you don’t think there is enough in the mixture. (If you have leftover ham you can always sprinkle it on top of the eggs.)

Fill each half egg white with yolk mixture. Top with chopped green onions if desired. Sprinkle paprika over the tops of the eggs. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
