Chef' Hat Recipe: Chili Butter

Chili Butter

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well combined.

Cover and chill in refrigerator at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend. Remove from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before serving to allow the butter to come to room temperature.

Serve with corn on the cob.
