Renegade Chef: Basting Butter
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
Melt the butter over medium heat and add the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low a simmer a few minutes. Brush the turkey periodically during the last hour of grilling.
