Sweet Potato Pasta

1 12-ounce sweet potato, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

8 ounces dried rigatoni (or bow tie pasta)

1 3-ounce package cream cheese, cut into chunks

2 teaspoons chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

6 green onions, sliced thinly
