Chocolate Lovers Cake

1 package chocolate cake mix (Use one that is approx. 18.25 ounces)

1 4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups sour cream

5 large eggs

1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

1 teaspoon of almond extract

2 cups chocolate chips

This recipe calls for making the cake in a bundt pan. If you do not have a bundt pan, use a 9x13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan. Mix first six ingredients until completely blended. Add chocolate chips and mix until they are combined into batter. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Place in oven and cook for 50 to 55 minutes. If using the 9x13-inch pan reduce the baking time by 10 minutes. Cool ten minutes before removing from pan.
