1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced green peppers
1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Set aside.
Unroll the dough; place on the sprayed cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12- by 8-inch rectangle.
Spread the sauce over the dough to within 2 inches of the long sides and 1/2 inch of short sides. Place cooked sausage lengthwise down center. Top with cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper and Italian seasoning. Fold long sides of dough over filling; press edges to seal.
Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
