1 11.5-ounce bag milk chocolate chips

1 pound white almond bark

1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate

1 pound salted cocktail peanuts

1 teaspoon vanilla

In a double-boiler, begin melting the milk chocolate chips for a few minutes, before adding the bark and unsweetened chocolate. When melted, stir in the peanuts and vanilla, mixing well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool. Makes about 45 pieces.
