Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tablespoons skim milk

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup fine bread crumbs

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (breast halves, thighs, drumsticks), remove the skin

Non-stick cooking spray
