Rosemary Garlic Steak
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound top sirloin steak
Combine the olive oil, rosemary, bouillon cube, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl and crush with the back of a fork. Place the steak in the bowl and press so the mixture adheres; turn and coat the other side of the steak.
Grill or broil steak, turning once. Cook approximately 8 to 10 minutes per side or until it reaches desired doneness.
