Crow Wing County Public Health to offer final immunization clinic

Crow Wing County Public Health will offer a final immunization clinic Thursday, April 24, before the program offering low-cost vaccines ends at the end of April.

The walk-in immunization clinic for students in kindergarten through 12th grade who are uninsured or under insured will be held from 7:30-10 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. Thursday at the Crow Wing County Community Services Health Division, 204 Laurel St., Suite 12, Brainerd .

No appointment is needed.

Cost is $5 each; however, no one is denied access because of inability to pay. Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care is also accepted as payment so bring cards.

A parent or legal guardian and a complete shot record are required to accompany the student or shots may not be given.

People whose health insurance pays in full for vaccinations must be seen by their home medical clinic.
