Men's fraternity forms in Crosslake

An all new men’s fraternity titled “A Man & His World: The Great Adventure!” is forming in Crosslake. It is open to all men in the area age 20 and older.

Robert Lewis, a teaching pastor, will be the men’s fraternity lecturer and Bill Smith, an investment adviser, will serve as host.

The fraternity will meet from 6:30-8 a.m. Tuesdays beginning Sept. 10 at the Crosslake Evangelical Free Church/The Log Church in Crosslake. Hot breakfast will be served.

Subjects include developing a personal mission for your life, discovering your unique design in the world, best practices of successful men, learning how to focus your life, teammates that “get you there,” beating boredom and other opponents of authentic manhood, finding your road to significance, breaking out of the fog, beginning with the end in mind, dealing with unfinished business, avoiding shortcuts, regaining a sense of forward momentum, finding heroes who don’t disappoint, taking the high ground of life, leaving a legacy of life and eternal rewards.
