Northland Teal Run planned Aug. 4 in Brainerd
The Brainerd area is expected to be home to more than 500 runners and walkers in this year’s Northland Teal Run, a 5K race that benefits the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA).
MOCA is a Minnesota-based non-profit dedicated to funding research and providing support for women and families affected by ovarian cancer. Since its founding in 1999, MOCA has awarded more than $4 million to cancer research in Minnesota and it represents more than 800 survivors.
