Good Samaritan Society-Home Care and Hospice to offer free blood pressure checks, introduction to touchpad vital monitoring

Email

Good Samaritan Society-Home Care and Hospice is introducing a touchpad system to monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, weight, pulse and temperature.

The small, wireless device has a touch-screen that displays vital sign measurements and then transmits the data to be analyzed by a nursing professional seven days a week.

The purpose of the technology is to help patients better monitor their health, helping them remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
