Nisswa Women's Club thinks spring with gardening presentation

Shelly Boser, Landsburg Landscape Nursery, was the featured speaker at the Nisswa Women’s Club monthly membership meeting March 21.

Boser’s program, “New and Exciting Plants and Garden Tools for 2013,” focused on types of gardening gloves, unique tools for gardening and the new trend, fairy gardening.

She noted that the popular plants for this year are the King Kong poppy, Miss Piggy poppy, Water Dragon daylily, and hollyhock spotlite series.
