Volunteers are needed for Christmas in the Park from 4-7 p.m. Dec. 4 at Crosby Memorial Park for an event organizers say is an opportunity to “gather to lift their voices, joining together for fellowship and good will.”
For Cuyuna lakes communities Christmas in the Park is an annual small town celebration.
“Many hearts and hands are needed to create a celebration of this size,” the Cuyuna Lakes Chamber reported. “Please make yourselves available to us if you would like to play a role in the live Nativity, serve ham and cheese sandwiches and cider, or sell our Christmas in the Park ornaments.”
Local talents will entertain on stage, but the chamber reported the event is always welcoming to families or youth interested in picking up a song book and presenting their talent to the crowd.
“This event is about making memories and celebrating our blessings,” the chamber reported. “Please make a point to join us in body, in spirit or in your gift of time or talents.”
