Butterflies overtake Pelican Woods Cemetery

The ninth annual Monarch Butterfly Release was held Saturday, July 20, at Pelican Woods Cemetery and Nature Trail in Breezy Point.

Butterflies were available for purchase at Breezy Point City Hall for $10.

David Allan Pundt read the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale “The Butterfly.” Barbara Sjoblad provided music.
